Our cancellation and refund guidelines
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Early Check-Out
In case of early check-out, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights. The full booking amount will be charged as per the original reservation.
No-Show Policy
If you do not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Modifications
Date modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 3 days before check-in for any changes.
Processing Time
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
